IronFleet is dedicated to protecting the privacy of all tower architects who engage with our Tower Guard experience. This policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your information throughout your interaction with our platform.
During Tower Guard sessions, IronFleet may collect the following: wave defense statistics generated during gameplay, device specifications including browser type and screen dimensions, session timestamps and duration metrics, and technical diagnostic records used for platform stability monitoring.
Collected information is used exclusively for: improving platform performance and gameplay balance, diagnosing technical errors and system instabilities, generating anonymized aggregate statistics for development purposes, preventing fraudulent activity and protecting platform integrity, and responding to user support requests.
Session performance records are retained for up to 60 days before automatic deletion. Technical logs are purged after 30 days. Participants may request immediate deletion of their data by contacting our support team. Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.
IronFleet does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. Infrastructure service providers may receive limited anonymized technical data strictly necessary for platform operations. No advertising networks or data brokers receive access to user information.
We employ industry-standard security practices including encrypted data transmission via TLS/SSL protocols, server-side access controls, regular security audits, and intrusion detection monitoring. No online system can guarantee absolute security, and users participate at their own risk.
IronFleet does not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 13. If we discover that a minor has provided personal information, we will immediately delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has accessed this platform should contact support@ironfleet.defense.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. You may also request a portable copy of your information or object to specific data processing activities. Submit requests to support@ironfleet.defense with sufficient identification. We will respond within 7 business days.
This privacy policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable regulations. Material changes will be communicated via platform notifications at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
