By accessing IronFleet and participating in Tower Guard, all fleet commanders accept the full terms established herein. This interactive entertainment platform is provided solely for personal recreational use. All game mechanics, visual elements, scoring systems, and platform architecture are proprietary to IronFleet Corporation.
Participants must be at least 13 years of age. Users between 13 and 17 require documented parental or guardian consent. By proceeding, you confirm your legal capacity to enter binding agreements under applicable law.
Fleet Commanders agree to use this platform for entertainment purposes only. Prohibited activities include: exploiting game mechanics through unauthorized software, creating automated scripts to manipulate scores, reverse-engineering platform systems, and engaging in any conduct that disrupts other participants' experience.
The following are strictly forbidden: transmitting malicious code into platform infrastructure, creating duplicate accounts to bypass restrictions, engaging in wave defense statistics manipulation to falsify results, and any conduct that constitutes fraud against IronFleet systems or other users.
All visual designs, gameplay mechanics, sound systems, interface elements, and underlying code are protected intellectual property of IronFleet Corporation. Participants receive no license to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written consent.
IronFleet is provided on an "as-available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or guaranteed performance. Fleet Commanders assume all inherent risks of platform participation.
IronFleet Corporation reserves unilateral authority to suspend or permanently terminate platform access for violations of these terms, without prior notice or obligation to provide refunds or compensation.
Under no circumstances shall IronFleet be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising from platform use, including loss of session data, gameplay progress, or stored performance records.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Iron Defense Consortium operates, incorporating applicable international digital entertainment standards and consumer protection provisions.
